Responsible for coordinating technical expertise and services to deliver high-quality engineering that meets commercial and technical goals. Provides technical governance, drives process improvements, and supports studies, tenders, and live projects.

Support tendering and project delivery by executing procurement plans, selecting vendors, and ensuring compliance with Enshore processes and procedures.

The Operations Manager oversees the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of offshore projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, client needs, and industry standards. The role manages operations, vessel use, logistics, and project support, acting as a key link between project, engineering, and corporate teams. Occasional travel to project sites and offshore locations is required. This role can be based in Blyth or Paris.

We’re seeking an experienced Draughtsperson to create and manage detailed 2D and 3D drawings for subsea ROV systems, working closely with engineers to meet project requirements and industry standards.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Admin Support will assist the finance team with processing and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate posting of invoices, petty cash, and card transactions, and helping resolve finance queries to keep data up to date.

The Cost Engineer supports project cost management by monitoring, controlling, and forecasting costs throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a key link between projects and finance through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

This is a paid internship offering a unique opportunity for a recent business graduate to gain direct exposure to executive-level operations and strategic projects. Working closely with the CEO, COO, and other Directors, the intern will provide support across a range of activities including executive coordination, internal communications, and cross-departmental projects. The role includes supporting the Marketing Department with internal updates and communications.
