Welcome to the fleet ENS1100
We’re proud to announce the addition of the ENS1100 trencher to the Enshore Subsea fleet.
The ENS1100 combines proven subsea trenching technology with a new level of efficiency – fitting seamlessly into our Onshore to Offshore strategic focus.
With Enshore’s own shallow-water DP vessel, the CMOS Installer (owned in joint venture with Herbosch-Kiere), Enshore offers high-capability trenching from shallow to deep water using just one vessel. This approach improves project economics while significantly reducing emissions.
Key highlights of the ENS1100
- Deploys directly from our CMOS Installer cable lay vessel
- Hybrid cutting and jetting modes, adaptable to a wide range of seabed conditions
- Capable of trenching up to 2.5m (cutting & jetting) or 3m (jetting), with deeper trench depths available as an option
- Designed to enable shallow-water access where efficiency and precision are critical
By removing the need for a project to have both a deep and shallow-water TSV, Enshore Subsea enables operations across shallow to deep water with a single vessel, offering streamlined trenching, lower costs, and a reduced carbon footprint – delivering a smarter, greener solution for offshore wind and subsea cable projects.
The ENS1100 is now in the final stages of build – stay tuned for the first images of the completed trencher soon.
